Another great week onsite, Vehicle Crossing poured which is the last of the concrete needed.
Gibstopper finished.
Gates installed, just the final bit of fencing to be completed.
Finally the power was connected.
Title should be coming througn soon.
Now is the time to buy.

We've had another busy couple of weeks on site, 2 more 5am starts for the Concrete boys to get the bulk of the main drive complete.
Gibstopper is almost complete and units are being painted and fitted off by the Electrician.
Most of the Fencing is now complete - just waiting on some raking panels to arrive.
Overall the development is around 90% complete and we are aiming to get Code Compliance done in Early March so Sales can go through soon after.

Early start yesterday morning, first truck was on site at 5.30am.
Thanks to Firth Concrete supplying the Fibre Feinforced Concrete (no need for mesh) and thanks to the crew at Taupo Concrete Placers Ltd for placing the 47m3. This is only one 3rd of the driveway. More to come next week once this rain has cleared.

Happy New Year
We are back into it on Site, Gibbing is complete, Gibstopper is working their magic with the Painter and Electrician following close behind.
We have the driveway all prepped ready for concrete next week.
Security fencing is going up as well.
Needless to say, its all go onsite.
