No Easy Day
The client had an existing unfinished space to be fitted out. this required fitting a door into a finished wall without damaging the exterior paint finish right on a curved corner and to add to this the internal curve of of the corner was 120 mm less then the minimum curve radius for the 6.5 mm Gyprock. To finish of we had to fit a 100 x 3 mm anodised skirting.
BDM reframed the walls where needed installed the Gib board and the ceiling. We also managed all the subcontractors plaster, paint flooring, electrical, HVAC and manufactured and installed all of the joinery.
This was all done after business hrs in a busy medical centre across the hall from the operating theatres and lab with no disruption to the daily operations of the business or their patients.
