Welcome to an extension we have just started in Upper Hutt.

The plan here is to build a 53m2 2 bedroom and living area and connect it to the existing dwelling

Its amazing what reconfiguring and adding on to this house has done for this property.

The team have been busy on our two new builds in Wainuiomata.

The front house has been plastered and painted. The kitchen looks awesome and outside we are just finishing a deck for amazing indoor/outdoor flow.

The back house has been closed in and cladding is well underway.

The windows and doors are in and now and cladding is flying up on our 3-lot build in Upper Hutt.

Next up the Boys will be inside working on interior linings which means flooring and kitchen will be in next month! So excited to see this one come together.

This is our 6 lot townhouse job in Wainuiomata.

We are pretty excited to get in to this one after working on the site for a few months now. Frames up next!

Closed in!! Another great milestone on our central Upper Hutt Build. Roof, windows and doors are in.

The weatherboard is flying up on the walls and the building is taking shape.

Time to head inside to complete wiring, plumbing, insulation and finally GIB! Before you know it we will be putting the final touches on this amazing home.

Time for a roof shout! 🍻

Great progress on our 3-lot corner subdivision in Upper Hutt.

We have the roof on and are ready to close the houses in. It's starting to look and feel like a home. 🏡

These beautiful houses are single level, have car parking, tiled showers, cathedral ceilings in the living areas and low maintenance sun drenched patios and gardens. These will be beautiful homes to live in.

The sun is out and so are our builders ☀️

Over in Wainuiomata we have been busy prepping concrete slab foundations for a block of townhouses 🏘

Something special about these slabs is that we have included "hot edge" insulation. It is always cool to try out new building techniques and we are looking forward to sharing with you the why's and the how's of hot edge slab insulation.

We are pretty pumped to get these builds out of the ground!

Exciting to see piles being driven on Wainuiomata six lot subdivision. This pile driver using a Vib-Pro ten ton plate to vibrate over 100 piles into the ground.

It's a beautiful day for a site visit.
Behind me is the front house of two that we are building on a sloping site in Wainuiomata. The outside is looking great and the boys have started installing the interior linings.

We've been working hard at the Clyma st job to get the roof on. Windows are on their way and then we'll jump into cladding.
