Another custom one out of the Pioneer Fabrication workshop 👌
This 7000mm x 2700mm curved aluminium pergola frame was a seriously satisfying build.
The sweeping curved section was fabricated in-house using a series of precisely spaced kerf cuts, allowing the aluminium section to be carefully formed into the required radius before being welded back together, finished and powdercoated.
Definitely one of those jobs where plenty of time goes into the details you barely notice once it's finished, which is exactly how it should be.
We also fabricated and installed the 'Roderick' pool fencing around the pool area. Its clean vertical lines keep everything feeling open and uncluttered while tying in nicely with the white aluminium pergola.
And the pergola isn't finished yet...
I can't wait to see Babylon Gardens clad with cedar underneath. The warm cedar against the crisp white aluminium, especially following that curved front, is going to look absolutely stunning. 🔥
