Few repairs on this pair of mags. 1 had a few cracks on the inside the other had a bent front lip and was out of round.
Removed the tyres, completed the repairs, refit and balanced them for the customer.

Had to build up quite a big missing chunk from the lip of this mag wheel. Luckily it just fit in the milling machine so ...

Custom gokart ive been working on lately.
Lifan 125 4speed motor fitted. Hand starter to replace the standard kick starter. Gear leaver and linkages. Few exhaust mods. Fuel tank mounted. Custom accelerator cable. Wiring.
Should be a fun little toy once the customer finishes the last few bits off.

Needed a bead blaster the other day for a 4x4 rim i repaired and had difficulties putting the tyre back on. $130 from trademe or free made from scrap and odd bits lying around the shop.
Ball valve could be bigger but like I said. All bits that were lying around the shop.
