▪️ Own their own tools
▪️ Hold a valid & full driver's licence
▪️ Have immense pride in their work and relates well with clients
▪️ Have an honest work hard / play hard attitude
▪️ Enjoy good banter & a cold beer.

You will be reporting directly to our experienced Construction Management team and will be responsible for the team under you.
FYI - a company vehicle can be included in the remuneration package for the right candidate.

Designmax Homes would like to acknowledge all the incredible fire brigade volunteers in Waiuku, Patumahoe & surrounding areas, for without this amazing group of selfless individuals who spent hours risking it all, we would certainly have lost our entire business and not just our storage containers in the fires on Monday & Tuesday evenings.
A massive thanks must also go out to our law enforcement team who have used all the tools available, in a very short amount of time to apprehend the suspect so he can face his due punishment.
We are also so very thankful to all the other businesses & individuals in our community who have offered their assistance in every way possible; we are genuinely so flattered and proud of being part of this incredible community.
Finally, to the fire starter himself…. Those 6 containers that were decimated stored 6 families personal & business items, some things in life can easily be replaced but like ourselves, many had irreplaceable items like photo albums, family heirlooms & decades of memories stored in those containers. Your stupidity has not only cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in putting the fire out and loss of property, but senselessly stolen something from us that can never be replaced, I hope one day you can do something with your life that can make a positive difference for yourself & your community.

They say building a house is a stressful process, but not once did we come close to that, thanks to the Designmax team. With their can-do, anything-is-possible, hard-working attitude, we’ve ended up with a better than expectations quality forever home.
Not only are the immediate Designmax team brilliant to do business with, but also their partner tradies, ie painters, tilers, electricians, plumbers, kitchen crew and more. The Designmax builders know the brief, they work hard and genuinely want to do a good job.
The thing with Lippy and the team is that they expect and accept nothing but the best for their clients and this has shone through with our quality home and we can’t emphasise the word ‘quality’ enough.

We really liked and appreciated how Lippy challenged our initial thoughts and ideas in the design phase getting us to think outside the square in order to get the most and best out of our build. It’s all in the name Designmax.
