Good seeing this project out on the Awhitu Peninsula starting to come together.

Our last update was the aerial footage of the site cut, and now we’re onto the concrete pour stage. Always satisfying seeing the progress from bare ground to the structure starting to take shape.

Big effort from the crew lately getting this one ready. Long days, plenty of prep work, but worth it when it all comes together like this 👌

Looking forward to sharing more updates as we keep pushing ahead.

A fresh coastal upgrade underway in Clark’s Beach 🌞 🌊

This renovation is all about making the home easier to live in, easier to maintain, and ready for relaxed beachside living.

We’re working on:
• Replacing both the front and back decks to create better outdoor spaces to enjoy year-round
• Swapping out the old timber joinery for aluminium joinery for a cleaner look and longer-lasting performance
• Updating the landscaping to keep things looking sharp while being super low-maintenance

The goal is simple, a home that looks great without the constant upkeep.

🚿✨ Another bathroom & laundry glow-up by the Peakway team! ✨🚿

This one was a big change! The old space was pretty dated, so the boys ripped it out and gave it a fresh new look.
The owner has a bad knee, so we also dropped the shower down to ground level to make it easier (and safer) for him to use. 💪

Now it’s brighter, modern, and way more practical:

✔️ Easy-access shower
✔️ Tidy new laundry with plenty of space

We completely stripped it back and rebuilt it from the ground up. The final result features:

February already! ⏳😅

We had a great 2024, and now we're looking forward to what's in store for 2025!

One of our more unique projects we wanted to share from last year, was transforming these horse stables into a 5-star luxury abode for some lucky horses🐴

From a fairly run down space to a fully functional and stylish stable, this was a project we loved bringing to life (and by the looks someone else is pretty happy about it too!)
