Our Tenby Street site has been full noise lately with sub trades everywhere during the week, so we teamed up with Axe Bridge Interiors. Jamie and I put in some hours over the weekend to get a clear run at the ceiling framing.

With full-height windows and internal doors throughout the build, getting the ceiling layout and alignment spot on was a top priority. Laser set-out and attention to detail at this stage make all the difference once linings and finishes start going in.

Looking forward to getting this place lined in the coming weeks and seeing all the boy’s hard work really start to take shape.

Skylight going in above a second-floor shower on this one.

It’s a simple feature, but it completely changes the space, bringing natural light straight into the shower and giving the room a much more open feel once finished.

We’re seeing more clients lean this way, especially where privacy or layout limits window options.

The key with these installs is getting the detailing right, flashing, waterproofing, and tying everything back into the roof properly so it performs long term. The Adlux Harmony range also features a thermally broken frame and higher energy performance, which suits our mountain climate well.
