Welcome to MKJ,

We are situated in the upper region of the Auckland super city. We are in an area of rapid expansion with many lifestyle options available.

Matakana Kitchens and Joinery have two full time positions available:
1. Cabinet Maker with cabinet installation experience
2. Timber Joiner.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cabinet Maker and Timber Joiner to join our team, installing custom-made kitchens, cabinetry, and quality joinery.
Our Company makes a variety of cabinetry, from kitchens, wardrobe, vanities to custom built furniture and doors, both for residential and commercial properties. Our projects vary so knowledge of different materials would be an advantage.
We are looking for individuals to hit the ground running, but also can provide training and guidance where required.
If you have the following attributes:
• Cabinet Maker/ Joiner / Boat Builder or has at least 2yrs experience
• Full clean drivers’ licence and is a NZ Resident
• Enjoys physical work
• Have some experience installing and happy to work overtime when required
• Good English and able to read and work from plans accurately
• Can work in a team but also happy to work independently when required
• Neat and tidy in appearance with a good work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude
