MEET THE TEAM - Tristan a.k.a Bear

Meet Tristan—better known as Bear. A true KML original and a valued member of the KML family. He’s been with KML Construction since the very beginning and has grown alongside the business.

Bear has recently completed his builder’s apprenticeship, and we couldn’t be prouder. During his time he competed in Apprentice of the Year and was chosen for the final practical challenge. The judges and his Training Advisor were as impressed with him as we were. Our clients constantly rave about his incredible work ethic, attention to detail, and the care he puts into every project. We are so incredibly appreciative of everything Bear does and grateful to have had him with us from day one! We know he's going to have great things ahead of him.

FUN FACT: he would like to be in charge of health and safety for the team and his first change would be the shoe policy to slides and socks.
