We are looking for someone to join our busy, small foundation team installing both commercial and residential footings and floors. We are based in Warkworth and cover the Rodney/Kaipara Districts.

Based in Warkworth (North Auckland) area.

We are looking for someone to join our foundation team . . .

We are seeking a keen and enthusiastic labourer, with preference given to those with previous concrete or foundation experience. This role is working with a busy, small team installing both commercial and residential footings and floors. While we are based in Warkworth we cover the Rodney District.

You will need a positive attitude, the ability to work well with others, and not afraid of hard work.

You will need:
* Strong communication skills
* Hands on, enthusiastic, can do attitude
* Ability to show initiative and work to a deadline
* Attention to detail with a high standard of health & safety
* A full, clean drivers licence (essential)

Would be an advantage:
* Sound working knowledge of all aspects of footings and concrete placement
* An ability to read and understand working drawings

Rate of pay negotiable depending on experience.
This is a long term role and you must be strong and healthy and not afraid of physical work.

Potential employees will need to agree to Pre-Employment drug screening and a Ministry of Justice criminal record check.

We will expect to see references outlining previous work experience.
