Specialised work right here 👌

This system is for under floor heating. Warm and cold water runs through these orange pipes.

We were recommended and approached by a company that specialises in new residential builds. We used a special grout from Germany which we applied 1st. Once product was fully cured we applied a primer and levelling compound as required ready for new tiles.

Project manger and Tiler signed off the work and we are in talks about up and coming projects🤩

Something unusual but the architect spec this system. Waterproofing done by WarmUp and then GrindNPrep prepped surface for vinyl.
This bathroom is an accessible toilet with 25mm fall as required.

Client wanted a level floor for new instalment of Tiles and wanted us to create 25mm fall for a slot drain in the shower area.

- Setting Heights
- Pour levelling Compounds to set heights
- Form a shower screed with required fall
- Grind channel to allow slot drain to be installed
Leaving a 15mm rebate for tiles to finish Flush.

House is up for home of the year 2021.
( Hence I can’t show you anything else )

No one sees the Prep work that goes into the prep for finishing floor coverings.

Variation work -
- Transitions for cavity Sliders
- Repair a Ramp for accessible bathroom.

Ramping from 0-65mm both sides of the track. Screeding 4meters either side to create a less noticeable gradient.

Bottom plate is 7meters each side.

- levelling Compounds as a bulk filler
- Create a 5mm notch in the straight edge when it’s
Time to complete final screeds.
- Asked to tidy a ramp while on site for accessible
Bathroom.

We were approached to resurface this corridor and to box and pour stair landings as they Were out of level.

Got this done and handed over the next afternoon.

Creating falls for tiles and slot drains. Also had wall tiles so the gradient needed to be perfect to allow wall tiles to be completed to a high standard.

Tiler was very happy with the prep work we handed over . 👏
