A RX7 crown wheel and pinion in for ISF treatment as well as some race engine parts I can’t share.

Another engine case in for cleaning. This had a lot of grime and oxidation due to its age. Real happy with the outcome.

Classic Mercedes engine covers in for blasting last week. You notice we’ve not touched the mating surface or the intake track of the manifold. Unless asked by the client we always recommend not touching any of the internal chambers as we don’t want to change the surface finish here.

A wide variety of people’s projects in the workshop at the moment.

Here’s a gearbox from a race car in for blasting to remove paint. It’s been getting blasted twice, once with a blended media to remove the paint and then it’s getting a glass bead finish to tidy up the casting.

Superfinisher been getting a workout as well. A RX8 race cars crown wheel and pinion plus some bearing races for a bearing that’s not made any more.
