Great day on the green for an even greater cause!
Last Friday, the Whakatane Master Builders held their annual Charity Golf Tournament. I had the absolute pleasure of presenting Keri from the Dream Chaser Foundation with all the proceeds raised from the day!
Huge thank you to everyone who came out to play, sponsor, and support.

Photos can’t capture the massive effort behind this build. Denver and Kaden completely dismantled the house, meticulously labelling and numbering every piece of trim. Even the painted doors have been painstakingly stripped back to raw timber. Now, they are piecing it all back together. It is an amazing restoration to be a part of, and the finished home will truly be one of a kind.

Plenty still happening here at Modern Builders. The guys are currently stretched across a range of projects big and small.

A couple of the smaller jobs we have squeezed in amongst the others are a nice upgrade of a laundry and a small garage/storage shed.

If you are thinking of building get in touch for a chat.

Enjoy the long weekend everyone

The final home in this 3-lot subdivision is now underway.

By relocating the existing home to the rear and building two new homes at the front it has now maximized the use of the site while creating homes for multiple families.

If you have land and think a similar development could work for you, get in touch with us. We'd be happy to discuss your options and help you unlock the potential of your property.

An outdoor space which will now be more utilised.
From a step down concrete patio to a now level entry deck.
The team added some nice detail into the perimeter board, giving it the Modern Builders touch.
