Hi Facebook friends and family,

McDonald Fencing and Construction are looking for experienced fencers to join our fencing team.

With a growing fencing workload in front of us, we are looking for keen and experienced fencers to help run our teams.

We offer competitive pay and a work vehicle to the successful candidates.

Our work is usually in remote locations and takes us all over the Bay of Plenty and Waikato so the successful candidates needs to be able to:

- think on their feet
- plan ahead and use initiative
- order materials and keep good records
- be able to manage staff
- be able to take instructions and be open to new methods
- be able to stay away (accommodation to be paid for)

Fencing is not for the faint hearted so the successful candidates will need to be

- fit and able
- not afraid of getting their hands dirty
- able to fill out heath and safety documents
- be able to form good relationships with clients

WE ARE HIRING!

McDonald Fencing and Construction are looking for fencers and an excavator operator.

All employees must be fit for work, able to pass a drug test, have a full license and able to travel and stay away if required. Ideally based in either the Bay of Plenty or Waikato depending on position.

Regarding the fencers, we are looking for someone with a reasonable amount of experience to help manage a small team as well as a apprentice keen to learn and become part of the MFC team.

Regarding the excavator operator, we are looking for an experienced operator with experience working in the forestry and confident working around steep terrain, workmanship and pride in their work is important and the operator will need to have history of looking after and caring for the equipment. The ability to self manage would be an advantage.
