We’re doing it all at the moment with a major Ohope Reno about to get underway after Easter 🐣.

It’s been a busy start to the year with this Ohope renovation well underway. We’ve created a new skullery to the upstairs kitchen and converting the once downstairs garage to a habitable space. There’s plenty going on in this small space…

This is what’s involved when adding a bathroom into an existing space on a concrete floor. Precision concrete cutting and carefully laid drains connecting to the sewer line.
This will be backfilled and new concrete stitched back into the existing slab ensuring the damp proof membrane is in place underneath the new concrete. All in a days work 🤙

Whilst Nige has been on Deck duty I’ve been been ripping into bathrooms and laundries.

One bathroom complete and the second bathroom and laundry in progress. Intense little rooms with all the trades required in a small space.

Handy having an In-house plasterer and painter for these smaller jobs. He can be a bit of a dick at times but does a good job so I’ll keep him on. 😂😂
