Merry Christmas to Kerry & Naomi
Today, 23 December 2025, I had the privilege of handing over the keys to a beautiful new home—just in time for Christmas. This milestone marks the completion of an impressive 18-week build, resulting in a residence that proudly stands at the entrance to Masden Cove, One Tree Point.

Designed as a premium short-term rental property, our clients set a high standard for the finished product—a goal we successfully achieved, as reflected in their satisfaction.
