Plant 3 places Omani talent at the center of how we manufacture, with a strong focus on the technical, professional and leadership skills the next generation of manufacturing will need.

The plant is expected to create more than 60 employment opportunities, and our teams are supported by more than 40,000 on-the-job training hours and over 10 upskilling programs. Through our strategic partnership with Prysmian, they are also connected to a global network of more than 30 R&D centers, bringing international know-how and technology into local practice.

This is how Plant 3 takes local roots to global reach, and how it contributes to the ambitions of Oman Vision 2040.

يضع المصنع الثالث الكفاءات العُمانية في صميم منظومتنا التصنيعية، مع تركيز واضح على تطوير المهارات الفنية والمهنية والقيادية التي يتطلبها الجيل المقبل من التصنيع.

ومن المتوقع أن يوفر المصنع أكثر من 60 فرصة عمل جديدة، فيما تحظى فرقنا بأكثر من 40 ألف ساعة من التدريب أثناء العمل وأكثر من 10 برامج لتطوير المهارات. كما تتيح شراكتنا الاستراتيجية مع بريسميان الاستفادة من شبكة عالمية تضم أكثر من 30 مركزًا للبحث والتطوير، بما يسهم في نقل أحدث التقنيات والممارسات العالمية إلى عملياتنا المحلية.

Built on more than four decades of manufacturing experience in Oman, Plant 3 will further expand our advanced manufacturing capacity and technical expertise.

The facility will feature Oman’s first cable production tower, standing 42 metres high, along with capability for cable drums exceeding four metres in diameter and drum-handling capacity of up to 50 tonnes.

Together, these capabilities create a future-ready manufacturing platform, designed to respond to the increasingly sophisticated energy and infrastructure requirements of Oman and the region.

انطلاقًا من خبرة تمتد لأكثر من أربعة عقود في قطاع التصنيع في سلطنة عُمان، سيسهم المصنع الثالث في تطوير قدراتنا التصنيعية المتقدمة والبناء على خبراتنا الفنية الراسخة.

ويضم المصنع أول برج لإنتاج الكابلات في سلطنة عُمان بارتفاع 42 مترًا، إلى جانب قدرات للتعامل مع بكرات كابلات يتجاوز قطرها أربعة أمتار، ومناولة بكرات تصل أوزانها إلى 50 طنًا.

وتُهيّئ هذه الإمكانات منظومة تصنيع جاهزة للمستقبل، قادرة على مواكبة المتطلبات المتزايدة لقطاعي الطاقة والبنية الأساسية في سلطنة عُمان والمنطقة.

Plant 3 is built with Industry 4.0 in mind, bringing digital technologies together across every stage of manufacturing for a smarter, more connected factory.

The facility will integrate a Manufacturing Ex*****on System (MES), AI predictive maintenance and AI-driven quality monitoring, giving our teams greater visibility and control across the manufacturing process, supported by advanced machinery throughout the plant.

It is a manufacturing platform built for long-term value, enabling us to better serve our customers.

صُمِّم المصنع الثالث وفق مفاهيم الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، ليكون مصنعًا أكثر ذكاءً وترابطًا، يوظّف منظومة متكاملة من التقنيات الرقمية في مختلف مراحل التصنيع.

وتشمل هذه المنظومة نظام إدارة عمليات التصنيع (MES)، وتقنيات الصيانة التنبؤية ومراقبة الجودة المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، بما يمنح فرقنا رؤية أدق وتحكمًا أكبر في عمليات الإنتاج، إلى جانب معدات تصنيع متقدمة في مختلف أرجاء المصنع.

A closer look at the key features of our new Plant 3, starting with safety embedded in the facility from design to operation.

Equipped with AI-powered forklift safety systems that will add another layer of protection, while real-time monitoring and reporting will give our teams a live view of conditions across the plant floor. Safe-by-design facility practices, supported by Lean Manufacturing and 6S standards, will guide how every area is organized and run.

The result is a safer, more disciplined workplace.

نظرة عن قرب على أبرز مزايا مصنعنا الثالث، ونبدأ بالسلامة التي تُدمج في جميع مراحل تطوير المصنع، من التصميم إلى التشغيل.

وستوفر أنظمة سلامة الرافعات الشوكية المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي حماية إضافية أثناء نقل بكرات الكابلات الثقيلة، فيما يمنح الرصد الفوري لمؤشرات السلامة وإعداد التقارير فرقنا رؤية واضحة لما يجري في مناطق الإنتاج. كما ستوجّه مبادئ السلامة في التصميم، إلى جانب معايير التصنيع الرشيق ومنهجيات 6S، طريقة تنظيم كل منطقة في المصنع وإدارتها.

This milestone marks a defining moment in our journey, expanding our manufacturing capabilities in Oman and strengthening our role in powering the future of energy and meeting the growing infrastructure needs of the region and beyond.

أكثر من أربعة عقود من الطموح والعمل والإنجاز، نخطو اليوم خطوة جديدة بوضع حجر الأساس لمصنعنا الثالث، تحت رعاية معالي المهندس سالم بن ناصر العوفي، وزير الطاقة والمعادن، إيذانًا ببدء مرحلة جديدة من التوسع الصناعي.

هنا في الرسيل، نضع أساسًا لجيل جديد من التصنيع، تلتقي فيه التكنولوجيا المتقدمة بالابتكار والذكاء الاصطناعي، وتتقدم فيه معايير السلامة والجودة والاستدامة، وتكبر معه طموحات الكفاءات العُمانية.
