Order Booking Guidelines:
At Oman Mix we know how valuable your time is. All of our customer’s orders are important to us. Help us to serve you more effectively by following our ordering guidelines and providing all the information relevant to your order.
Order Notice Hints
• For the best service, place your orders 24 hours before the pour.
• “Confirmed orders” take priority over “Wait for call” orders. (Note: “Wait for call” orders make it extremely difficult to effectively schedule deliveries.)
• Make your order changes as promptly as possible.
• Help us to serve you better by making cancellations well before delivery time.
Site Safety
All employees have the responsibility to work safely. A safe work environment promotes efficiency, increases production, and saves money. Oman Mix is committed to the safety of our employees and other workers. To this end, we ask that you respect the following:
• Contractor shall provide designated area for cleaning for the trucks chutes and mobile pump’s bucket at site.
• Trucks shall keep a minimum of one meter from excavation edge.
• Ramps shall be safe.
Site Accessibility
It is important that your site is accessible for our trucks to deliver your concrete order.
• Firm and leveled ground area is required for fixing a mobile pump at site.
• Where road closure is required to complete the job, necessary permits from local authorities should be obtained by the contractors and a copy should be kept at site.
