A big thank you to the ladies (n little gentleman) that work behind the scenes everyday to keep me goin. The Wagner Band has been working tirelessly thru the summer to improve their skills and iron out their routine. These kids work hard in the sun all day. We gave away 200plus raspas to make their day little cooler. Always a last minute thing for me . Thanks to Puros Ice cream and my team.

Christening the new tool this weekend in uvalde. Always looking into making our jobs safe and efficient. Gone are the days where ropes and 4 guys to get this up in cieling. (We hope) Especially on 5 ton fridays. 2 complete Trane units this weekend. These kids have it made nowadays.

Was not planing on buying another vehicle anytime soon but since a few things were taken from my truck well I was fortunate enough to have found this . My new office. Now to make it legal and add some decals andi liscence numbers.

Last few weeks been a little bit warm. 117deg heat index. On roofs no hiding from the sun. Very few pics. Phones overheat fast. Hard working young man right here. From installing a 7.5 ton compressor. Motor changouts and washing these condensers which takes forever. All in the blazing Hott sun. He got beat up but did not quit.

Changed out blower motor on a rooftop package unit. Disassembled the blower. Cleaned and sanitized this . Well. This.. Nice good CLEAN breathable air now.

Had to reset my phone so alot of pictures were lost.. 😔 Treating my clients for nurses week. Hard working ladies right there. Big thanks to my friends at Tortas Tortugas for catering the clinic lunch and having stellar service like always. These guys never disappoint.

During a normal inspection. Customer said house smelled funny at times. It was already starting to spread to the ducts. Gave them options they decided to have us add a UV light to help kill and inhibit mildew growth. Most ppl don't know that this is already in there system. Mild outbreak in this case but it can get worse. The trick is catching it before it does

Doin some early morning work at a dialysis center and brought in some minni conchas and doughnuts with family of maraniltos to the staff who opens up at 4am ready to go.

Install in a garage i did not too long ago. Still has that brand new smell. Came out nice and clean. Customer is goin to paint the metal cover to match the house. Cold mancave / work area for years to come.

Last minute changeout dialysis patients needed ac. Both units went out. I was recomended . Thanks to my Trane territory manager for finding two 3 phase commercial power units at the last minute.
