We're having rainfall again here in Alotau!

A good rainy afternoon to you all.

OPL is glad to bring to you all some updates from our Livestock Managment Project out on the beautiful Kitava Island for BRCC.

We're happy to say that our team of boys have completed all the Pig fences at Lalela village and have now moved on to Okaburura and Kumwagea. You can see from a few pictures, a few pig fences being tested by the "piggies" themselves 😁.

Big shoutout to the villagers and the boys who are doing an amazing job with this.

We look forward to finishing this up within this month.

Hi All.

It is with delight that O***a Properties Ltd shares updates on the next two projects that we are engaged in; again in the beautifu Kiriwina areas of Kitava Island and a few other islands close to that.

One of the two projects that we secured is Livestock Management and involves construction of 22 Pig fences on Kitava Island alone but spread out across villages there.

The other is a solar lighting project that is not just spread out on Kitava Island, but on the islands of Wiakau and Kaileuna too.

Images below show out team loading at Nako, then unloading at Kitava early this month. Progressive work images are also shown below on how much the team has done so far since arrival.

Big shout out to our villagers at Kitava for helping us with additional labor and vehicle service 😊

We are delighted to share that we are just about completed with this 3-Bedroom House that we started some good time ago despite some setbacks.

A big shoutout to our team on the ground for doing an amazing job on this. Britus and Alfred, Moumou and Samuel and all the other guys that made this project a reality for the client, Thank You!

As we slowly but surely head into completion of this project, we would like to acknowledge our hardworking and talented painters as well as the rest of the team that was instrumental in getting this project to where it is today. Great job guys!!

Update!! Kaduwaga Multi-purpose Community Hall

OPL is delighted to bring to you all a brief update in photos on the Kaduwaga Comunity Hall project on Kaileuna Island.

Our team is now well into foundation works as you can see in the photos.

One photo that captured our hearts here is the one showing the villagers assisting our team to carry the cement mixer from the boat to the project site. Teamwork surely does make the dream work. A massive shoutout of appreciation to all the villagers there doing their part in helping this project progress smoothly. It is indeed a pleasure working in your community.

We are delighted to tell that our team has arrived onsite at Kaduwaga! They have now started on the project along with couple of laborers from the village. A big shoutout to the villagers there for your warm welcome to our team and help with getting them settled in as well as assisting in unloading and all the other little things put together.

A quick update for those of you following through on this project.

The skeleton of the house has now been covered with external walls, verandah has rails as well and internal walling and ceiling have gone up. Today's weather will not stop the progress of work here as the boys are working under the sheltered building. Thanks, Britus, Neville and your team for a great progress so far. We're excited to be heading towards the finish of this project.
