*Falsify the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded. Trukai may run promotions at any time through one, or multiple, Facebook posts. The following clauses outline how promotions are administered and will be edited to reflect current promotions.
1. Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are the winner.
2. These promotions (the “Promotions”) are conducted by Trukai Industries Limited (the “Promoter”).
3. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Promotion is open to all residents of Papua New Guinea, aged 13 years or over. It is assumed that entrants are 13 years of age or over as they have a registered Facebook account and are adhering correctly to the Facebook platform terms and conditions. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to publicize winners and their images.
6. Entrance to the Promotion is via the Trukai Industries Limited Facebook timeline (www.facebook.com/TrukaiOfficial).
7. The Competition will be judged by the Promoter Sales & Marketing division.
8. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. All entries including but not limited to photographs, recipes, texts, designs, become the property of the Promoter.
10. The Promoter may make copies of or publish any entry in any form or media.
11. The winners will be announced in the comment thread of the specific post and may be advertised using national media.
12. If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within 14 calendar days of judging, their Prize will be forfeited. In the event of forfeiture a further draw will be conducted by the Promoter within 14 days and a new winner will be selected.
13. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value, specifications or individual components of the Prize.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
15. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and the winner will be drawn from entries received to that time.
17. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
18. Entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if entrant is not the age of majority in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter and Facebook, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any claims made by the winner, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
