Job Description: Payroll Officer
Position: Payroll Officer
Department: HR / Finance

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time.
- Calculate overtime (OT), commissions, bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Maintain and update employee data in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate with the HR team and Accounting/Finance department on payroll-related matters.
- Prepare payroll reports and other related reports as required.
- This position is based in Thailand only.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of payroll experience (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information.
- Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
