JOB OPPORTUNITY FOR SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

At RM ENGINERING & CONSTRUCTION LTD we are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative with a strong background in technical knowledge, general ground cleaning maintenance, and work site safety. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on industry expertise with excellent communication and business development skills to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to
expand client base.
• Promote company services in ground cleaning maintenance
and site safety solutions.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance to clients.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards during
client engagements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to
client needs.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Min Grade 12 with Diploma or Higher in Marketing or
Business Administration.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business
development.
• Technical knowledge of cleaning maintenance processes and
equipment.
• Understanding of work site safety practices and compliance
requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
