We have just completed the 2.3km Birip 7 Mile to Yokota HV & LV electricity grid extension project funded by the Wabag District Development Authority. An initiative of the MP for Wabag Hon. Dr. Lino Tom.

Currently we are awaiting PNG Power technicians to carry the required tests and inspections prior to commissioning of the project.

Below is our current electrical Contractor License issued by the National Energy Authority of PNG which allows us to do high voltage & low voltage grid construction and general electrical wiring works.

The survey and the engineering design has already been approved by PNG Power for the proposed Yonki power grid extension project to Wei village and the surrounding villages in Wabag District.

Our team is working in partnership with the local Wabag MP Hon. Lino Tom through the Wabag District Development Authority.

When funding is secured from appropriate sources, we hope to do the construction to further extend the power grid to these new areas.

With road connectivity and electricity access, local people can develop the large portions of unused land in their areas for business activities for the benefit of the local land owners and the communities within the locality.

Some good things installed for our Tombem people and the future looks bright for them. The people just need to change their mindsets and be prepared to embrace these positive developments that will transform their lives for ever.
