As much as we love new builds, we also enjoy breathing new life into old structures. It's amazing how much a fresh coat of paint and just small tweaks to the design can turn back time on an aged building and make it look young again. 🤍

- Remove old kitchen counter tiles
- Cement countertop & tiled backsplash
- Remove old bathroom tiles
- Install new bathroom tiles
- Replace toilet, sink, shower fixtures, water heater, and bathroom accessories
- Repaint interior & exterior
- Repaint roof
- Additional window-type ACU
- Additional clerestory windows
- Remove design from railing to make it more minimalist
