Passion (Latin verb patī meaning to suffer) is a term applied to a very strong feeling about a person or thing. Passion is an intense emotion compelling, enthusiasm, or desire for anything. The term is also often applied to a lively or eager in

terest in or admiration for a proposal, cause, or activity or love – to a feeling of unusual excitement, enthusiasm or compelling emotion, a positive affinity or love, towards a subject. Innovation is the application of better solutions that meet new requirements, unarticulated needs, or existing market needs. This is accomplished through more effective products, processes, services, technologies, or ideas that are readily available to markets, governments and society. The term innovation can be defined as something original and, as consequence, new that "breaks into" the market or society. One usually associates to new phenomena that are important in some way. A definition of the term, in line with these aspects, would be the following: "An innovation is something original, new, and important—in whatever field—that breaks in to (or obtains a foothold in) a market or society". While something novel is often described as an innovation, in economics, management science, and other fields of practice and analysis it is generally considered a process that brings together various novel ideas in a way that they have an impact on society. These are the two pillars that we in (GMDB Corporation) want to share to our client and stakeholders. Passion that drives us and innovation that gives different from the existing ones. GMDB is a government registered company based in Antipolo City, a rapidly developing city in the Philippines. Founded in year 2014 by a group of enthusiastic construction industries leaders. It has grown to become one of the prominent contractors interests in Civil, Architectural, Infrastructure, Mechanical, Electrical, whether Commercial, Residential, Oil & Energy. Although GMDB has a roadmap to establish a more successful team by addition of more resources, whereas we had our humble beginning with a limited team size of employees.
