Qualifications:

✅ Licensed Mechanical Engineer
✅ 1 year experience in the HVAC industry
✅ Skilled in Design and Estimation of air-conditioning & mechanical systems
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and other engineering tools
✅ Strong analytical and coordination skills
✅ Can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
✅ Can start immediately (preferred)
Responsibilities:
🔹 Prepare and review mechanical design drawings and layouts
🔹 Provide accurate material take-offs and cost estimates
🔹 Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams
Position: PROCUREMENT/PURCHASER
✅Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
✅Preferably with 5 Months of experience in Procurement and Purchasing.
✅Knowledgeable in supplier sourcing, canvassing, negotiation, and purchasing processes.
✅Knowledgeable in preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), supplier quotations inventory management, and stock monitoring.
✅Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
✅Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
✅Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
✅Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
✅Experience in Construction, Engineering, HVAC, or related industries is an advantage but not required
✅Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a motorcycle and/or four-wheel vehicle is an advantage, but not required.
Position: CHILLER OPERATOR
Qualifications
✅ Graduate of TESDA NC II in DOMRAC, RAC Servicing, or any related technical/vocational course.
✅ With at least 1-2 year of experience in operating and maintaining chiller or HVAC systems.
✅ Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chiller and air conditioning equipment.
✅ Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision.
✅ Physically fit and willing to render overtime or be assigned to different project sites when needed.
✅Willing to be assigned or relocated to the Pampanga site
✅ Can start immediately (preferred)
• Aircon Technician
📌 Qualifications:
✅ Graduate of RAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)
✅ No experience required – willing to learn
✅ Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
✅ Hardworking and eager to undergo training
✅ Willing to work under minimal supervision
✅Willing to be assigned Parañaque site
✅Can start immediately (preferred)
Safety Officer
📌 Qualifications:
✅ Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree or a related Technical/Vocational course.
✅ Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer 2 (SO2) with a valid 40-hour BOSH/COSH Certificate.
✅ Preferably with 6 months of experience as a Safety Officer.
✅ Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards, hazard identification, risk assessment, accident investigation, and safety compliance.
✅ Knowledgeable in preparing and managing safety documentation, including permits, reports, incident reports, safety inspection checklists, and other administrative paperwork.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
✅ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both on-site and in the office.
✅Willing to be assigned Parañaque site
✅ Can start immediately (preferred)
