BEARING CLEARANCE CHECK & GREASE APPLICATION

Before grease is applied, the internal clearance of the spherical roller bearing must first be verified and adjusted according to the manufacturer's specification. As shown in the photos, feeler gauges are used to measure the bearing clearance and ensure the correct fit on the shaft.
Only after the required clearance is achieved can lubrication be applied. This critical step helps ensure proper load distribution, minimizes friction, and maximizes bearing service life.
