📍 Based in Meycauayan, Bulacan
We are seeking a licensed engineer or a highly capable technical professional to join our expanding team. If you are looking for a stable career with room for professional growth and want to take on a key leadership role within a dynamic facility, we want to hear from you.

In this hybrid role, you will serve as the versatile leader and backbone of our Meycauayan operations - managing environmental compliance while taking full ownership of warehouse safety and facility maintenance.

What You Will Do:
🌍 Environmental Compliance (PCO): Act as our accredited PCO, handle DENR-EMB requirements, and ensure hazardous waste is managed according to RA 6969.
🛡️ Safety Oversight: Enforce OSH standards on the warehouse floor and maintain a zero-incident environment for our workers.
⚙️ Facility & Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the general upkeep of the warehouse (electrical, plumbing, structural) and manage vehicle maintenance schedules.

What We Are Looking For:
🎓 Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental) or a related technical field. (Licensed Engineer is a major advantage!)
📜 Eligible for DENR PCO Accreditation and has BOSH training.
💼 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse or industrial facility.
🛠️ A strong "builder" mindset - you know your way around machines, tools, and layout improvements.
🗣️ Strong leadership skills to manage ground workers and enforce safety firmly.

As we reach the end of May, it’s time to highlight the dedication, discipline, and strong results within the Agila Metals team. This month, we are incredibly proud to announce our new Star of the Month: Richard G. Abejo ! 🦅✨

Richard truly earned this recognition by securing more then a half of all votes from his fellow colleagues. When asked why they voted for him, the team highlighted his outstanding attitude: Richard is known as someone who is always helpful to others, never late, hardworking, kind, and consistently delivers a good performance.
