September 10, 2026 | TURNOVER OF RECYCLED PLASTIC LUMBERS

Another milestone in sustainable solid waste management!

The Local Government Unit of Monreal, under the leadership of Hon. Glenda L. Villahermosa, through the MENRO Office, successfully processed damaged and discarded school chairs into recycled plastic lumbers through Project RE-SEAT (Recycling Extruded Scraps into Educational Assets and Tables).

The turnover includes:
🔹 2” × 2” Plastic Lumber – 200 pcs
🔹 2” × 1” Plastic Lumber – 200 pcs

♻️ Total: 600 kilograms of plastic waste recycled
