Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Civil/ Structural Engineering

-At least 3-5 years experience in as a Construction/Project Manager for high rise building construction preferably Hospital Building
-Knowledge in construction project management
-Knowledge in Computer (Word, Excel, Power point, MS Project)
-Good oral and written communication
-Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
-Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards
-Knowledgeable in project supervision, monitoring, time and cost control and manpower scheduling
-Has leadership & decision making skills

Job Description

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive and project management
With experienced in high rise building construction preferably Hospital Building
Applicants must be willing to work in Villasis, Pangasinan
