WE ARE HIRING! GENERAL LABORER
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate (K-12 Senior High School or ALS completers accepted)
- TESDA NC 1 or 2 certification in relevant fields (e.g., Building Maintenance, Housekeeping, Logistics) is a plus. (optional)
- Basic understanding of occupational safety protocols is desirable
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transport and handle equipment and supplies safely.
- Assist in physical setup and teardown of installation and/or repair sites.
- Helping electricians install wiring, conduits, and other electrical components in buildings and other structures.
- Using hand tools and power tools to assist with electrical tasks, as well as maintaining and cleaning tools.
- Assisting with the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures.
- Cutting, stripping, and bending wires, cutting of concrete, chipping works, as well as preparing other materials for electrical work.
- Load, unload, and organize deliveries or outgoing items.
- Support the team leader and electricians in preparing for projects or deployments.
- Run errands (e.g., procurement runs, equipment deliveries).
- Follow safety protocols and operational procedures at all times.
- Working under the direction of a licensed electrician and following their instructions carefully.
- Assist with inventory tracking under supervision.
