Its distinct form and carefully chosen colors make the building stand out, creating an eye-catching landmark that highlights both beauty and innovation.

The tubular façade accents serves a dual purpose: it acts as a stylish cover for the windows—providing privacy and comfort for occupants—while also concealing necessary structural and service elements, ensuring a clean and seamless frontage for the building’s only main access.
