FIELD ENGINEER
Must be a graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
Must have passed the CELE (Civil Engineering Licensure Examination)
Must have a good academic record from a reputable school
Have good interpersonal communication skills
Have a leadership potential
Must be willing to work in the field of ship construction
Having good moral character
Must be willing to render overtime for urgent works
