About the Role
Pryme Genexocus Construction Services is looking for an experienced, driven, and safety-conscious Structural Foreman to oversee and lead site operations for our upcoming structural construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Direct daily on-site operations for structural steel, reinforced concrete, framework, and foundational work.
Crew Leadership: Manage, delegate, and supervise trade crews and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and safety.
Quality & Blueprints: Interpret structural blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to guarantee precise ex*****on.
Schedule & Budget: Track project milestones, monitor materials, and maintain on-time ex*****on.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to site safety protocols and local building codes.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience as a Foreman / Site Supervisor in structural construction.
Strong expertise in structural steel er****on, formwork, rebar, and concrete pouring.
Ability to read and interpret complex structural schematics and blueprints.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
