As such, the company will no longer be responsible for any transactions, commitments, representations, or agreements made by the said individual on behalf of the company.
We would like to clarify that Chederick Ramoneda is currently employed/connected with another business entity, which is separate and independent from PETINES BUILDERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. The said business is not a branch, extension, or affiliated entity of PETINES BUILDERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.
Furthermore, any projects, works, photographs, documents, or other digital presentation associated with PETINES BUILDERS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION shall no longer be presented or used by the said individual as current company projects or references for future transactions or engagements, unless expressly authorized in writing by the company.
