Another successful milestone accomplished!

SFCS CORPORATION, in collaboration with Prime Opus Inc., proudly completed the Lift Station Pumping System Rehabilitation, featuring the installation of SULZER Heavy-Duty Submersible Pumps with Impeller Cutting Action and the successful implementation of a redesigned piping system to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and long-term maintainability.

The project scope included:

Installation of SULZER heavy-duty submersible pumps
Piping system design modification and optimization
Fabrication and installation of new piping assemblies
Mechanical installation, alignment, and integration
Testing, commissioning, and system performance verification

This project reflects the dedication, technical expertise, and teamwork of everyone involved in delivering safe, high-quality, and reliable engineering solutions.

Precision Fabrication. Quality Delivered.

SFCS CORPORATION successfully completed the fabrication and delivery of SS316 Stainless Steel Puddle Pipes, manufactured to project specifications and subjected to strict quality workmanship.

Each puddle pipe assembly underwent:
• Precision cutting, fit-up, and welding
• Full welding inspection and finishing
• Surface preparation through sandblasting to achieve a clean, uniform finish
• Final dimensional and visual quality inspection prior to delivery

Our commitment to quality fabrication ensures durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel components suitable for water, wastewater, industrial, and infrastructure applications.

Madalas nating ipinagdiriwang ang mga nasa unahan—ang mga taong nasa site, nasa field, at nasa frontlines. Pero alam naman natin na sa likod ng bawat matagumpay na proyekto ay may mga taong tahimik na nagpapatakbo ng lahat sa likod ng eksena... at madalas, sila rin ang unang hinahanap at nasasabon kapag may problema. 😅

Ngayong gabi, ang ating pasasalamat ay para sa mga taong nasa behind the scenes—sa mga nagpaplano, nagsusuporta, nag-aasikaso, nagfo-follow up, nagre-remind, at minsan ay taga-salo ng mga "urgent" na request na dapat pala kahapon pa kailangan. CHEERS!
