🤖✨ Robotics in Action at BatStateU in Collaboration with MRSP-Batangas Chapter! ✨🤖

Last December 15, 2025, Batangas State University – The National Engineering University successfully hosted a Robotics Workshop and Mini-Competition, spearheaded by the College of Engineering Technology in collaboration with the Mechatronics and Robotics Society of the Philippines (MRSP) – Batangas Chapter.

The event officially opened with inspiring remarks from Mr. Vener C. Macatangay, MRSP Batangas Chapter President, who encouraged students to actively engage and become members of the organization to further strengthen the local robotics and mechatronics community. The entire workshop and competition were expertly facilitated by Mr. Joshua Jerome Bagon, a computer engineering technology lecturer from BatStateU-CET, together with Mr. Romeo Jousef A. Laxamana, faculty member of BatStateU-CET and current Vice President for Robotics of the MRSP Batangas Chapter, ensuring a meaningful and hands-on learning experience for all participants.

This event highlighted innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence—empowering students to explore robotics, enhance their practical skills, and take part in shaping the future of engineering and automation. 🚀⚙️
