Objectives:
• To prepare trainees for industrial instrumentation jobs
• To ensure that acquired knowledge is applied on the job
• To assist graduates in landing to industrial jobs, local and abroad
• To bring graduates to a new level of training program; i.e., DCS and PLC troubleshooting,
• To give knowledge on the Latest Instrumentation technology (DCS, Hart and Field bus system).
• To ensure that trainees will fully acquire capability of troubleshooting instruments and perform calibrations through company’s complete Bench/Test equipment and instruments. Course Modules: ( With Training Manual total 10 modules )
• Basic electrical and Electrical safety training
• Level Measurement
• Temperature
• Flow
• Pressure
• Control Valve
• Controllers, PLC and Motor Control
• Overview of latest Instrumentation technology i.e. ( Their architecture and troubleshooting Technique)
• Bench/Laboratory work/exercise (100% hands-on experience with complete calibration equipment and instruments, including PLC and process skid to simulate process operation while troubleshooting to enhance trainee’s troubleshooting confidence).
• P&ID symbols and How to interpret/read P&ID, Instrument wiring and Loop Diagram, Motor control wiring and schematic diagram.
