6 copies of Electrical Drawings
3 copies of Structural Analysis (for 2 2torey)
3 copies of Electrical Analysis
3 copies of the Bill of Materials
3 copies of the Specifications

Additional Requirements (to be prepared by the owner)
Barangay Clearance
Locational Clearance
Tax Declaration or Certificate of Title
Current Real Property Tax Receipt.
Lot Bearing Survey Plan
