A 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 matter levels was observed during the 9:00 AM–10:00 AM monitoring period.
