Are you a design firm or project owner who needs to know the value of your project for bid/budgetary references? We are here to assist you in preparing your project cost plan!

Our process:
1. Quantity take off using bluebeam software.
2. Request for quotation to suppliers specified by the designer.
3. Preparation of BOQ by integrating the quantities and quotes from supplier into the BOQ/BOM.
4. Preparation of work packages such as general construction works, specialty packages and owner supplied materials (OSM).
5. Preparation of summary of cost plan as reference.
6.. Preparation of BOQ bid format.
