Project Description:
This project involves the extension and renovation of an existing single-storey bungalow-type residential house. The current layout includes one (1) bedroom, a small dining and living area, and a toilet and bath (T&B). The renovation will reconfigure the existing space to accommodate three (3) bedrooms, while a new extension will provide a more spacious living area, an expanded dining space, a full kitchen, and a roof deck to enhance outdoor functionality.
In line with the owner's preferences, the exterior will feature a blue color scheme complemented by large windows to maximize natural lighting inside the home. The interior design will follow a pink and white color theme, aiming to create a bright, warm, and inviting atmosphere. Overall, the renovation and extension will significantly improve the home's functionality, aesthetic appeal, and overall livability while maintaining a cohesive style.
