💨 THE FCU IS BLOWING STRONG AIR… BUT WHY ISN’T IT COLD? ❄️

The fan is running.
The airflow feels strong.
The FCU sounds completely normal.

But the room is still warm.

So what’s actually wrong?

This is where proper HVAC troubleshooting matters.

Possible causes include:

✅ Chilled-water supply temperature is too high
✅ Insufficient chilled-water flow through the coil
✅ Control valve or actuator is not fully opening
✅ Incorrect PICV or balancing valve setting
✅ Trapped air inside the cooling coil
✅ Dirty or fouled cooling coil
✅ Low chilled-water differential pressure
✅ Thermostat or control signal problems

Here’s the important part:

If the airflow is already strong, don’t immediately blame the fan.

Measure the return-air temperature.
Measure the supply-air temperature.
Check the chilled-water supply and return.
Then verify the actual water flow.

⚙️ **ENGINEERED OIL MIST EXHAUST SYSTEM FOR CNC & INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS**

Oil mist inside a machining room is more than just a visibility issue—it can affect **worker comfort, machine cleanliness, indoor air quality, and long-term equipment performance**.

For this design, we developed a dedicated exhaust system based on actual airflow requirements:
