Completing the Work Immersion Journey Through Continuous Improvement

A meaningful work immersion program does not end when students complete their training—it continues through reflection, evaluation, and collaboration.

Creotec recently conducted a Post-Immersion Evaluation Meeting with St. Dominic College of Asia to assess the outcomes of the 2026 work immersion program (CreoWork) for Grade 12 students. The meeting provided an opportunity for both institutions to discuss the strengths of the partnership, identify areas for improvement, and share insights that will help enhance future immersion experiences.

This important step reflects our commitment to completing the full work immersion partnership cycle—from planning and implementation to evaluation and continuous improvement. By working closely with our academic partners, we ensure that every immersion program remains relevant, engaging, and valuable for student development.
