Per CHEd Regional Memorandum No. 55 S. 2018: The university is required to submit an official list of enrolled college students on or before the 1st day of classes, July 23, 2018.

All students should be enrolled on or before July 20, 2018 as prescribed in the schedule of enrollment per college.

Failure to enroll within the schedule may result to the student’s non-inclusion in the “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act” or Free Higher Education.

On-the-Spot Painting

Mechanics and Rules of the Contest

1. The painting must be based on the theme provided by the judges.
2. The contestant must bring his/her own painting brushes.
3. The contestant will use water based paint. Only the three primary colors (red, blue and yellow) and two neutral colors (black and white) shall be allowed and will be provided by the school.
4. Mixing of colors is allowed.
5. The contestant will use the canvass which will be provided by the school.
6. Duration time is within (3) hours.
7. No distinguishing mark or name of the contestants shall appear in the entry.
8. Only contestants are allowed in the contest area.
9. Judges decision is final.
10. Only non-graduating student is allowed to join the contest.

Criteria for Judging
Originality - 30%
Creativity - 30%
Workmanship Quality (use of medium and Composition) - 30%
Overall Visual Impact - 10%
Total - 100%
