Be part of the Municipal Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Office and join our programs that support and strengthen agriculture and mechanization in our municipality.
We are looking for 2 MACHINE OPERATORS (Job Order Personnel) with the following qualifications:
✔ At least 18 years old
✔ Experience in operating/driving more than one type of machinery
✔ Holder of NCII or relevant Certificate of Training in Machine Operation
✔ Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
✔ Willing to work in the field under various weather conditions
✔ Hardworking, honest, reliable, and with strong work ethic

✨ The MABE Office successfully conducted a training entitled “Farm Mechanization Training (Basic Maintenance and Troubleshooting)” on June 3, 2026.

The program focused on enhancing participants’ skills in operating and maintaining agricultural machinery to ensure efficiency and reduce downtime during farming operations. Participants mostly machine operators were introduced to basic troubleshooting techniques, preventive maintenance practices, and safety protocols to promote the sustainable use of equipment. By equipping them with these competencies, the training aimed to improve productivity, minimize repair costs, and foster greater self-reliance in managing farm technologies.

The LGU-Bula, under the leadership of Mayor Manuel A. Ibasco Jr. remains steadfast in supporting and strengthening the mechanization program in the municipality to better assist farmers and contribute to the growth of our local economy. 🌾💪

March 17-19, 2026 | the MABEO staff, together with the Barangay Officials, conducted a validation and geotagging of various proposed and existing Farm‑to‑Market Roads (FMR) and infrastructure projects at Barangay Lanipga and Brgy. Pawili, Bula Camarines Sur.

February 27, 2026 | The MABEO technical staff, together with Engr. Jessa Tamon and Engr. Julius Marko Mateum from DA-BSWM conducted validation and geotagging activities for the proposed Solar-Powered Irrigation System (SPIS) sites of nine (9) FCAs in Bula.
The activity was carried out in close coordination with the concerned FCAs and landowners at the identified locations for solar panel installation.

This proposed project aims to provide Bula farmers with reliable and eco-friendly irrigation that boosts harvests especially in drying season, lowers costs, and strengthens the community.
