Position: Structural Steel Erector / High-Height Technician

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Davao del Norte, Davao City

Key Responsibilities
High-Elevation Assembly: Erect, bolt, and weld structural steel frameworks, towers, or scaffolds at heights exceeding.

Rigging & Signaling: Attach cables, shackles, and clamps to steel members and guide crane operators using clear hand.

Safety Compliance: Rigorous use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including full-body harnesses, lanyards, and fall-arrest systems.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in steel er****on, tower climbing, or high-angle construction.

Physical Stamina: Ability to climb, balance, and work in diverse weather conditions (heat, wind, cold) while carrying heavy tools.

Acrophobia-Free: Absolute comfort working safely at extreme heights for extended periods.
