During this conceptual phase, we paid meticulous attention to the custom cabinetry. We integrated a seamless, handle-less modular layout, strategically incorporating dedicated tall storage units, clean geometric alignments, and a built-in shoe rack and utility cabinet setup. Visualizing this in 3D allows us to solve the spatial puzzle perfectly on paper—ensuring every centimeter of storage is optimized, the workflow is flawless, and the aesthetic is clean before breaking ground.
But this project wasn't just a simple cosmetic facelift. To truly give the family the breathing room they needed, the project required a physical structural extension.
Moving from concept to actual implementation, our construction team went to work. This active renovation phase meant expanding the home's footprint, breaking down existing walls, and carefully engineering the new extension. From structural framing to realigning utility lines, every phase of the build was executed with rigid precision.
Because we provided highly detailed architectural, structural, and cabinetry plans, the construction crew on-site was able to build out the new extension flawlessly, ensuring that the new foundation seamlessly integrated with the original structure while maintaining absolute safety and integrity.
